The legal basis is user consent (checkbox required before form submission).

Messages are routed by Web3Forms, then received by the data controller.

This website does not maintain its own dedicated database for storing contact messages.

5. Retention period

Exchanges are kept only for the time needed to process and follow up on the request. A deletion request can be made at any time to the contact address above.

6. Browsing and local storage

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. No analytics tool (for example Google Analytics) is deployed on this portfolio.

Display preference (light or dark theme) is stored in the browser through localStorage, only to restore this choice on future visits.

7. Data subject rights

Under applicable regulation, you may exercise rights of access, rectification, deletion, and restriction where relevant data is still held by the controller.
